Museum of Czech Cubism : The Michelin guide review

The museum conatins various objects related to the Cubist movement, highly successful in the Czech Republic. There are three floors of paintings, drawings, ceramics and furniture by important artists from the movement, including Otto Gutfreund and Emil Filla. The 3^rd floor features photographs of Cubist houses located near Vysehrad Castle. One gallery is devoted to the painter Josef Capek, who died at Bergen Belsen in 1945. Brief biographies of major Czech Cubists are presented on the top floor.
