  Pros

  My wife and I had the 5-course menu, which was excellent: lobster, piglet, sole, hare, cheese, superb matched wines with a 2001 Chateauneuf-du-Pape as the star. Consistent, high quality throughout. Impressive selection of French cheese.

  Cons

  At over 8000 crowns for two people, a bit pricey by Czech standards, even for one of the best in town.

  Excellent cochon de lait , belle cuisson du poisson et superbe plateau de fromages. La carte des vins ets impressionnante et une belle surprise sur le vin blanc de la maison, "No label"

  un lieu magnifique tout en étant sobre, une cuisine savoureuse et subtile à la fois, une très belle carte de vins français et enfin un service impeccable.

  L'ambiente bellissimo, la cura nel servizio, la cortesia assoluta del personale. Generosi assaggi offerti dallo chef. Una carta dei vini soprattutto francesi di ricchezza inusitata anche rispetto a blasonati ristoranti francesi.

  Cons

  Non condivido i giudizi entusiastici dei clienti precedenti. Anzitutto i costi: menu 3 portate (quello più economico), due bottiglie d'acqua e una di vino (ottimo riesling renano e comunque la più economica sulla carta, quotata comunque 40 €): totale 169 €; non capisco l'assegnazione del bib gourmand. La cucina, francese, è curata, ma assolutamente pretenziosa; nessun piatto mi ha effettivamente convinto, le quantità sono assolutamente minimaliste, pur tenendo conto della tipologia del ristorante. Il locale dispone di un notevole numero di formaggi francesi, ma la qualità è da supermercato (francese) e le porzioni non comportano certo rischi di colesterolo. Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo negativo.

  Full disclosure: I am a very regular guest, for good reasons Brilliant food - always fresh, with a meticulous attention to detail, expertly prepared. The setting is informal - both inside in the cellar and outside on the terrace, but comfortable. The wine list is by far the best in Prague, especially for French wines, and the sommelier does a very good job is suggesting the pairings. Pricing of the food in my opinion is quite attractive, especially when compared to other dining options in Prague. Wine prices are average for Prague, which means fairly high in comparison to France or Spain.
