Nestled among the pine trees of one of Europe's largest forests, Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázne are charming, verdant towns that have attracted monarchs and artists for centuries.

At the Becherovka liqour museum in Karlovy Vary, you'll learn all about the Czechs' favourite drink. You'll then stop for lunch in a local restaurant before browsing the town's souvenir shops for locally produced crystal and porcelain.

For the second stop on your tour you'll head to Mariánské Lázne. Try the waters the town is renowned for and wander among the elegant buildings and spa houses.
