Le chef était-il absent ce soir-là? Avait-il laissé la place à un quelconque employé inexpérimenté? Ce qui nous a été servi correspondait assez peu à l'idée qu'on se fait d'une table de qualité (viande beaucoup trop cuité, présentation sommaire), et les desserts proposés n'étaient pas ceux qui étaient affichés!
