Take a short drive from Palma and walk the grounds of a 10th-century mansion. Discover its beautiful gardens, lush vegetation, and natural fountains, including a 30-foot-high natural spring.

Sample some traditional Mallorcan cooking, including bunuelos, which are freshly made from a mixture of potato flour and baking powder. Try jams, fig bread, sobrasada, cheese, palo (liqueur), and hierbas (an aniseed-based liquer).
