Plaza Mayor : The Michelin guide review

Dominated by the church, this interesting square has an unusual shape and is surrounded by houses on arcades with three stories and wooden balconies. In summer, it is turned into a bullfighting ring. Nearby, the brick buildings of the Augustin convent have been turned into a parador. In the old castle at the top of the village, eaux-de-vie is made from aniseed, anisette and juniper.
