Traditionally the district of sailors and potters, it is also the cradle of bullfighters and flamenco singers. On the Altozano square stands a monument in honour of Juan Belmonte, a famous figure in the history of bullfighting. Don't miss seeing Betis Street, the facade of the Triana on the Guadalquivir and, in Pureza Street, the chapel of the Sailors and its statue of the Virgin of Hope for the Triana, one of the most venerated in Seville, as well as the church of Santa Ana.
