This building built in the 17C today houses the Presidency of the Andalusian Assembly. At first it was a naval school, then the residence of the Dukes Montpensier, then it became a seminary office at the start of the 20C. The main door designed by the architect Leonardo de Figueroa is one of the finest examples of the Baroque in Seville; columns, maritime motifs and statues lavishly decorate the registers. At the top, a statue of San Telmo juts into the Andalusian sky.
