      Pros

There is not much good to say about this restaurant: the facility is modern and attractive, and one main course (roasted suckling pig) was very good.

      Cons

The service was abysmal: took 15 min to get menu & wine list; wine spilt often on the table; no attention to empty glasses - finally, I needed to retrieve bottle from wine station and pour my own glass. Patron at another table did same & complained about their service. Food was disappointing: seafood mousse was distinctly fishy; the Milhojas caramelizado de foie, anguila ahumada was far too smoky; lamb chops came almost raw, sent back, & were then unevenly cooked. Overall, bad: not Michelin 1* !

      Pros

Rather healty and crisp cuisine. No carbohydrates used in the degustation menu, so even after 8 dishes you don't leave the table with a heavy stomac. Friendly priced wine list, considering this class of restaurant.

      Cons

Dishes came in a ridiculously high pace, as if they wanted us out as soon as possible. Level of cuisine was dissapointing for this type of restaurant, for me it does not meet up to Michelin star standards. Too expensive for the offered quality.
