Also known as the Knights' Palace, with its two waterfront pavilions, it is one of the finest buildings in Stockholm. Built in baroque style in the 17 C, splendid grey sandstone pilasters stand out against its pale red brick walls. Pediments and garlands of fruit are in harmony with the curve of the green copper roof. Once reserved for the aristocracy, today everyone is invited to the concerts held on summer evenings in the Great Chamber.
