  A wonderful tasting menu, perfectly executed from start to finish. Loved the "pumpkin paper" dish.

  Cons

  Even though a number of high quality wines were included in the wine pairing, the price of the package of selected wines were a bit too steep.

  Food half way between good and excellent actually. Among the best in Stockholm if not tops. Some dishes amazing, others more average. Good-natured and very competent staffers.

  Cons

  Ridiculous "no-photos" policy - even if you just wish to shoot the food, carefully avoiding other customers. Far more illustrious restos like The Fat Duck, Mugaritz, Alinea, Joël Robuchon (Tokyo, Macau), Per Se/The French Laundry, De Librije, Schwarzwaldstube, Hof Van Cleve, Bras...the list goes on...don't seem to mind a bit and instead focus on what they should be doing - creating great food. But here it's all so pretentious you'd think you've ended up in the world's most secretive celebrity hideout...though you rarely see famous faces. I actually suspect the (severely understaffed) Grand Hôtel, adjacent to which the restaurant is located, might be the one imposing this totally inflexible - and mindless - policy. In a small country with no serious tradition of "good living", success sometimes gets blown out of proportion, resulting in slightly comical pompousness.
