  Pros

  ich war sehr gespannt auf dieses restaurant und wurde nicht enttäuscht. super ist das nicht vorhandene menu. es gibt was es gibt, man hat kein mitspracherecht. und das ist auch gut so! tolle produkte (grösstenteils von 2 eigenen farmen) auf moderne art zubereitet. ich hatte am essen absolut gar nichts auszusetzen. es machte spass und schmeckte dazu noch. was will man mehr?!?

  grundsätzlich hat mir nichts nicht gefallen. was jedoch erwähnt werden sollte, das restaurant ist sowohl im bezug auf das essen wie auf den wein sehr teuer (deshalb "nur" ein gut bei preis-leistung). aber man gönnt sich ja sonst nichts ;-)

  wonderful bread and different butters, pigeon and scallop was fantastic.

  Just as during our previous visit the food was truly great, as were the wines. Well worth a detour for sure.

  Cons

  Even though this restaurant is one of my favourites, the price for a dinner including wine pairings has now reached the point were I have to lower the value for money criteria one point.

  The winechoices/meny to the tastingmeny was pretty good but far from perfect. A bit too expensive.

  Pros

  Fantastic food, nicely presented and almost every dish makes you smile. Whatever is picked from the menu, you will enjoy it, not just as excellent tasting food but also for the way it is served; with "fog", in a tiny box or with a commentator and a map.

  Cons

  The restaurant is very small and I suppose more comfortable furniture requires a bit more room.

  Pros

  Along with Esperanto the most memorable meals in the Swedish capital. Manages to be both surprisingly innovative and yummy - not always the case at Amador or Noma...and almost never at El Bulli (where being "yummy" is not the issue anyway). Frantzén/Lindeberg is living proof that Swedish gastronomy at its best can compete with many of the legends out there. Do note however that if you find the pouring of your wine package rations skimpy, it is always possible to have another splash in the glass without being charged extra.
