Museum of the World's Cultures : The Michelin guide review

Opened in 2004, this museum is the direct heir of the ethnography museum and in particular its wealth of collections from Latin America. Its aim now goes beyond this domain to encompass the cultural evolution on earth in the era of globalisation. It explores similarities and differences through temporary exhibitions on themes as diverse as "African Voices", "AIDS in the Era of Globalisation", "People and Myths of the Orinoco" and "Spirituality".
