A very unique and special gastronomical total experience in a romantic Danish garden. So delicate, creative and tasting.

      Cons

Michelins evaluation is so missing here. Come on Michelin!

      Pros

The dinner was an absolutely superb experience. The food was refined and sublimely tasty and the wines complimented the dishes wonderfully. The terrine of foie gras with a sauce of citrus and bergamotte, the turbot and the sesame ice-creme were the highlights of the evening. The wines were selected carefully and fitted the dishes in a perfect way. The pleasant setting in a garden wing of a mansion and the friendly and competent service rounded out the evening. It was truly an experience to remember, tastes so well put together, it gave us goose-bumps.

      Cons

The sorbet in one of three(!) desserts was not acceptable cosidering the level of culinary accomplishments shown in all the other courses of the meal.
