Opting for a Design Rooms is well worth it; they pay homage to individual architects such as Arne Jacobsen, known for creating revolutionary chairs, and Hans J Wegner, a master of clear and precise designs.In 2001, the Alexandra's new restaurant (specialising in Southern European dishes) opened to a flood of good reviews from the city's toughest food critics: the Brasserie Mühlhausen also serves a huge organic or traditional breakfast buffet and is decorated with wonderful furniture.
