University of Wroclaw star : The Michelin guide review

Wroclaw’s greatest Baroque ensemble was initially a Jesuit school, established in 1670. From 1811, the Prussian authorities assumed control of the university, founded in 1702 by Leopold I. On the ground floor, the Oratorium Marianum holds regular concerts, while the Longchamps hall has an exhibition devoted to the history of the university and Jesuit college. Upstairs, the 18C Leopold room is embellished with cherubs, gilding and portraits of the university’s founding fathers.
