  Pros

  Starters and main course were pretty good although a couple of them were in the salted side, specially the quail with bacon. The appetizers were excellent, specially the duck liver.

  Cons

  Waiting time between main course and dessert was 30 minutes! The desserts were over sweet. Nothing special.

  Pros

  A traditional classic French restaurant and Haute Cuisine at its best! No nonsense but honest food prepared so delicately you can't do anything but enjoy the feast. It's my favorite french restaurant in Maastricht.
