Church of St Nicholas (Sint-Nicolaaskerk) : The Michelin guide review

It should be clear that St Nicholas is much revered in Amsterdam; with reason, since he is the patron saint of sailors. This neo-Renaissance church was built in his honour in 1887 by A.C. Bleys, financed by the congregation of Ons' Lieve Heer op Solder. The church's best features are its black marble columns and wooden vault.
