  Pros

  Anche a cinquant’anni si può trovare il grande … ristorante con prestazioni ottime. Tutto seduce: la qualità eccezionale dei prodotti che Martin Obermarzoner, con la sua bacchetta culinaria, fa “cantare”: l’aroma delle composizioni è magico in bocca. Tanto più che la sua ambassadrice, la graziosa sposa, presenta i belli piatti e i vini con molto charisma. Delizia garantita. Il concetto del menù è unico. Incuriosito? Potrebbe, dovrebbe essere l’inizio di un’avventura gastronomica indimenticabile.

  Pros

  Giovane chef dalle idee chiare e personali;cucina ultra moderna a volte pero' un po' incline ad autocompiacimenti e forzature intelletual-gastronomiche. Piatti di valore eccelso accanto ad altri non perfettamente riusciti (nel nostro caso il "Cervo su salsa di cacao").Una nota di merito per l'originalità della proposta che non strizza l'occhio alle facili mode.

  Ich muss ein sehr großes Kompliment aussprechen!! Alles hat super gepasst. Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente, ein sehr zuvorkommender, herzlicher und professioneller Service und eine sehr kreative und ausgeglichene Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

  Condividiamo pienamente il giudizio della guida e anche in relazione alla classificazione, riteniamo che questo giovane talento dell'alta ristorazione non solo altoatesina, ma nazionale meriti ampiamente la seconda stella
