Buongiorno, sono un giovane ragazzo appassionato della buona tavola, essendo stato ultimamente alla quintessenza di Moniga del Garda, chiedendo dell'ex responsabile di sala, mi e stato detto che aveva rilevato un ristorante a tortona, e un giorno per caso sono passato di lì. Grande sorpresa, ristorante stupendo, cucina e servizio eccellenti, ho provato la terrina di fegato grasso con insalata di frutta secca, Tortello di baccalà con una salsa di pomodoro "dolce" un ombrina con crema di caprino, e asparagi di mare, sicuramente merita una deviazione

non è la prima volta che frequento questo ristorante, penso ormai di aver provato quasi tutti i piatti della carta, mai banali e sempre molto equilibrati nel gusto, è un posto che consiglio vivamente, a livelli di altri stellati frequentati in diversi anni di tour enogastronomici
