      Cruderie di mare, noci di gamberi con tartufo nero sulla schiacciacina di patate e salsa di gamberi affumicati, tortelloni di baccalà mantecato con pomodorini,capperi e olive, filetti di orata con gamberi spinaci e tartufo. variazione di cioccolato.

      E' stata una esperienza piacevole la visita a questo ristorante calabrese, anzi il più estremo della Calabria. Variazioni di mare con tanti sushi mediterranei,antipastini caldi, buonissimi i gamberi crudi profumati allo zenzero sul daikon, i crudi con ala lunga e salmone, superba la carbonara di mare sulla riduzione di lime e sambuco, e la tagliata di tonnetto locale coi vari contorni tra cui la cipollata rossa di tropea. Goloso il dessert con la sua variazione al cioccolato. Servizio attento e discreto. Bravo lo chef Enzo e il suo staff per la cucina che rappresentano nel loro territorio e regione. Vecchio porto alla prossima.

      Purtroppo mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unico appunto è sulla ubicazione del ristorante, il lungomare di villa san giovanni è in uno stato disastroso.
