A big square, ideal for outdoor activities such as movies, carnival, etc., where even bulls were let to run a long time ago! Its amphitheatre shape is not an accident either... It is lined with noble buildings, such as the two Soranzo Palaces (no. 2169 and 2170) built in an embellished Gothic style, the Baroque Tiepolo Maffetti palace, whose portal is decorated with the head of Hercules, and at the opposite corner, Corner Mocenigo Palace, which now houses the Customs Administration.
