Illuminate the history of the Renaissance period with an informative walking tour of Florence, a World Heritage Site. View Michelangelo's celebrated statue David, the sensational Brunelleschi's Duomo, the beguiling Piazza Signoria, and the historic Ponte Vecchio, plus so much more.

Snake along Florence's alleys, paved with ancient stones, and pass the Palazzo Strozzi, the Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Brunelleschi's Dome, and Ghiberti's Gates of Paradise. As you stroll, discuss the lives of the artists, the ideas of the Renaissance era, and learn how this epic period affected the history of Florence.

Continue to the Accademia Gallery where you will admire Michelangelo's original marble statue, David. After discussing the statue, view Slaves, a series of sculptures by Michelangelo. The tour finishes in the Accademia Gallery, allowing you to wander amongst the other important works of art.
