Materia prima di qualità, alcune proposte interessanti, cantina con ampia scelta

Cons

Servizio non impeccabile, alcuni piatti cotti e presentati non in modo soddisfacente. Ricarichi sul vino pesanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo inacettabile. Vergognoso per il livello del ristorante il mancato rilascio della ricevuta fiscale. Non merita assolutamente la stella.

Conto esorbitante rispetto al valore. Ricarico del vino non corretto. Indegno per un locale di questo livello non presentare la ricevuta fiscale

Romeo in sala (ed in cantina), Agata ai fornelli: una coppia inossidabile che da anni tiene alta la bandiera della grande cucina a Roma. Amatriciana imperdibile, come il millefoglie scomposto.
