Travel guide Montagnana
Montagnana
: The Michelin guide review
Situated 47km southwest of Padova, this small town is still surrounded by its impressive 14C ramparts, which are reinforced with 24 polygonal towers. The town’s Duomo (attributed to Sansovino) houses a Transfiguration by Veronese, frescoes and choir stalls dating from the 16C. The church of San Francesco with its lovely Gothic bell tower is also worth a visit.
