  Enfin une table inventive à Milan. Beaucoup d'attentions et de saveurs. Situation idéale, grande salle très agréable, service parfait.

  Location fantastica..vedi il mondo passare ai tuoi piedi.

  Esperienza al di sotto delle mie aspettative! Sicuramente cucina non all'altezza di altre tavole michelin. Merluzzo nero troppo cotto, solamente la salsa al limone salato da salvare. Prezzi eccessivi! Nessuno ha chiesto se avessimo gradito il nostro pranzo!

  Oh my, my worst foodexperience ever! The staff was running around with no goal, we had an army of confused waiters at our table. We were two couples having menu degustatione not a single dish was harmonic , the meat dish rabbit was almost raw! Then a tsunami of too sweet desserts hit the table. If this is a two star Michelin, something is wrong.

  Accoglienza e servizio eccelsi, ambiente raffinato ed elegante anche se molto minimalista.

  Cons

  I piatti proposti da chef Berton non mi hanno "rapito" più di tanto. Il pesce mi ha dato l'impressione di essere stato cotto prima e poi riscaldato.

  Wir waren eine Achtergruppe, und es wurde uns beschieden, es werde nur ein Menu serviert. Einzelne Gänge könnten bei Unverträglichkeit variiert werden.Der Sommellier versucht, nur teuerste Weine zu verkaufen.Der Risotto mit Trüffeln var offensichtlich vorgekocht und dann nicht richtig zu Ende gekocht. Der Fisch (Steinbutt) war dafür zu stark gekocht, und der Rauchschaum dazu höchst unnötig. Die Spanferkel-Stückchen waren auf der Hautseite verbrannt und bestanden teils ausschliesslich aus Fett. Jene, welche Rindsfilet hatten, beklagten sich über dessen Trockenheit und Kälte. Wir wurderten uns alle, warum dieses Lokal überhaupt einen Stern hat.Die Stühle ("Panthon") sind höchst unbequem. Die Preise sind schlicht unverschämt.Zuerst fragten wir uns, warum das Lokal an einem Freitagabend nicht mal zur Hälfte voll war - am Ende wussten wir, wieso!

  The restaurant is beautiful, but the food is not at all at a 2 star Michelin level. The menu was ordinary, the risotto was no better than the risotto we got at the hotel with no stars. The fish was dry and accompanied by a very sweet sauce. It is truffle time and they had not used it in any dish except in the truffle menu. I was dissapointed, that they did not use the local vegetables. There were hardly any vegetables.

  Cons

  This is such a dissapointment. The waiters except for one were arrogant and unskilled. The "sommelier", I doubt he had any training. His knowledge of wine was very poor. The food was ordinary. If this is supposed to be a modern restaurant, I think they have missed out on the spirit of time. The vegetables were few and the preparation was ordinary.

  Splendida sala, dominata dal rosso e dal vetro, con vista magnifica su Piazza della Scala; ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo dei due menu degustazione (imperdibile quello creativo); enciclopedica carta dei vini e menzione speciale per quella a parte con proposte al calice. E poi la cucina di Berton, che non mira a stupire, ma a interpretare a modo suo sapori, colori e forme della nostra tradizione, reinventandoli con gusto e tecnica.

  La ragazza alla reception al piano terra sembrava un po' spaesata.

  Una cucina convincente che non sembra avere esitazioni nel suo percorso di crescita: intrigante ma impeccabile nella realizzazione delle proposte. Berton raccoglie il testimone "lasciato cadere" da Cracco, un luogo dove tornare.

  Tout près de la Scala, nous avons déjeuné au café Trussardi. Lieu agréable,tendance avec une décoration moderne, épurée. La cuisine est bonne et bien présentée.

  Cons

  Pas trop copieux et assez cher (35 euros par personne pour 1 plat, 1 dessert, 1 boisson et 1 café).

  Ein wunderschönes stylisches Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Scala. Offene Atmosphäre. Aufmerksamer Service.

  Cons

  Ein Menü ist kaum zu schaffen, auch für trainierte Gourmet-Esser. Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Rotweine beginnen jedoch alle bei einem Preisniveau von > 200€. Alles in Allem kann man also sehr leicht rd. 670 € für zwei Personen zahlen. Für dieses Geld erhält man in anderen Restaurants ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
