Via Garibaldi : The Michelin guide review

A little distance from the historic centre, Via Garibaldi (then called Strada Nuova) was in the mid-16C one of Italy’s most beautiful thoroughfares. Lined by sumptuous palaces, these were the residences of rich and powerful noble families. Note at n°7 the Palazzo Podestà, its distinctive façade embellished by masks, festoons etc, and at n°9 the long façade of Palazzo Tursi. During weekday office opening hours, visitors can access the elegant courtyards and hallways.
