Servizio sempre attento e presente ma mai invadente,il vino al calice sempre perfettamente accostato agli ottimi sapori del piatto.
Cons
Tavola apparecchiata in maniera troppo minimalista e il caffè presentato in tazzine made in Taiwan .

Di Diego e Merighi hanno portato a Ferrara un po' della cultura e della filosofia del Trigabolo:servizio altamente professionale e competente,affabilità in sala e cucina moderna e spigliata,avulsa dalle facili mode.Bel Locale all'interno della vecchia Borsa.
