Down this picturesque long street you can first survey the Roman remains of Brescia (Capitolin temple, the theatre and the forum), visit the Saint Salvatore and Saint Giulia monastery, the town museum devoted to local history and finish up at Saint Maria in Solaro church which preserves the famous cross of Desiderius.
