Covering 20ha, this is a veritable green lung on the outskirts of Manchester. Entry is through the nursery and kitchen garden. The path on the left leads to terraces laid out in front of a 19C neo-Classical building. The central path heads towards the heart of Tatton Park and a circular colonnaded monument, a lovely walk past themed gardens, including the intimate Italian garden and the poetic Japanese garden. Don’t miss the extraordinary rose garden.
