  friendly service, felt very welcome. first customers to arrive for Saturday evening service. beautiful surrounding and table wear. food beautifully cooked with many different combinations of tastes and textures kept me guessing the ingredients! wine beautiful and sommelier helpful. I suggest you try this for yourself before believing scathing reviews which do not do the restaurant justice.

  Egotism and eccentricity prevails on flavours. Uncomfortable cutlery, and what are the paper cups for coffee supposed to mean?

  Pros

  I dined here last week and thought it was delightful an amazing change to the norm. Paul kitching is innovative with all his ingredients ,brilliantly fused together to temp the palate with every mouthful. The drawing is luxuary beyond belief

  Si vous voulez manger une nourriture sans goût, le 21212 est "votre homme". C'est le plus mauvais repas que nous ayons fait en Ecosse. Nous avons eu 2 viandes au menu, de l'agneau et du porc; je ne saurais les distinguer l'une de l'autre, ou les nommer. Le pain était humide: pour le fromage c'était parfait! Le fromage et le vin étaient les seules mets bons du repas.

  Aucun des plats proposés n'avait de goût. Je n'avais jamais mangé deux viandes (porc et agneau) si différentes et pourtant si semblables: les deux étaient tendres, pourtant les yeux clos j'aurais été incapable de les distinguer l'une de l'autre; ou encore de nommer l'une d'elle. Le guide attribue une étoile à ce restaurant. Depuis quand n'y êtes vous pas allé?

  Pros

  I have eaten in the best restaurants in the world and 21212 is the best of the best. The flavour of the food is superb and is culinary creativity at it's best. The staff are very attentive and the ambiance is perfect. Heston should be very worried.

  Cuisine extrêmement sophistiquée mais très mal maitrisée et fort peu goûteuse. Rapport qualité prix désastreux.
