Cuisine Traditional

Menu: 15£ (lunch) - Carte: 22£/30£

Late 13C stone-built monks' refectory; the split-level beamed restaurant overlooking the courtyard. Relaxed atmosphere with medieval feel and friendly service. Interesting, original menu of gutsy dishes that are firmly rooted in the region.

      Pros

Excellent range of locally sourced produce. A real sense of authencity about all aspects of the restaurant. A good wine list with a whisky range that is one of the best in the country.

      Cons

      Very little.

      Pros
