Clifton Suspension Bridge Worth a detour

The bridge, designed by Brunel (1829-1831), is undoubtedly one of the finest suspension bridges in England. Unfortunately, funds ran out and Brunel never saw his 214 m-long bridge completed: he died 5 years too soon, in 1859.
