Caerleon star star : The Michelin guide review

Isca to the Romans, Caerleon or "City of the Legions" in Welsh, was home to a large imperial legion (around 5 000 men) from 75 AD until 300 AD. Sights include the enormous fortress baths, the Roman Legionary Museum, the amphitheatre, and the barrack buildings in pairs with verandas onto a central street. These are the only remaining Roman legionary barracks anywhere in Europe.
