Eisenbahnmuseum : The Michelin guide review

The Railway Museum is situated in an old station with a repair shop. The original 1914 installations (engine house, turntable, crane...) have largely survived intact. Over a 100 machines running on rails retrace the evolution of the German railways up to the end of the steam age. You can see steam locomotives and the first electric locomotives as well as various types of wagons (removable tracks, railcars...).
