Details

An unforgettable full day trip to the Rhine Valley - an area which UNESCO counts to the World Heritage of Mankind. Come and see the river, the little villages and vineyards, mighty medieval castles (more than anywhere else in the world) and the famous Loreley Rock. Enjoy a gorgeous view from Niederwald Monument and a cable car ride (optional) from the top of the hills in summertime. Lunch, in a beautiful restaurant at the riverside, is included as well as a wonderful boat trip on the Rhine steamer alongside the famous river panorama up to St. Goarshausen. Wine tasting and a shopping stop at Rudesheim/Drosselgasse is also included in this tour.

Please note

The boat ride is subject to water levels on the river. If it is not possible to take a boat ride, we will visit a medieval castle instead. If you have booked the tour in Japanese, Korean or Russian language, please ask the guide once aboard the coach to provide you with the headphones. In case of technical problems or if a small coach is being used due to small group size headphones cannot be provided. Headphones are only available for the coach journey. An optional ride on a ropeway to the river will be offered during this tour (not available between November and March). If you are interested, a fee of EUR 5.00 per person has to be paid on the spot. If you are not interested you will be transported by coach. If you require a hotel pick up or drop off at a hotel within the city centre you will be charged EUR 5.00 per person per way. The fee needs to be paid on the spot.

Pick up from most hotels can be arranged with the supplier directly. This tour is operated in air conditioned vehicles.
