Opened in 1925, the Deutsches Museum – one of the largest science and technology museums in the world – traces the development of science and technology to the present day and explains scientific and physical phenomena. The museum has two annexes: a transport centre and aeronautical construction site. The many animated models make the technological procedures accessible, even to beginners, and the interactive installations provide visitors with a direct experience of physical phenomena.
