Pros
A location in the middle of the town has two opportunities: first you cater for the once visiting tourist and forget about quality; alternatively you try to keep up the quality and keep some locals even during the low times. Here is no decision made. You get both. Or is it just volatile quality? The Schlutzer € 11,00 where the worst we ever had but the Entrecote € 18,20 was quite ok. The "homemade" dessert € 6,90 was below average.
