Forum for Contemporary History : The Michelin guide review

This interesting museum, dedicated to the history of the city and of East Germany after the war, was designed as a heritage site and features a library and information centre. After an introduction highlighting the war and its atrocities, the exhibition, created by a number of personalities, charts key moments of contemporary history and poignantly evokes the daily lives of its citizens via quotations, banners, extracts from key speeches, demonstration flyers, photographs etc.
