Zuvorkommender Empfang; aufmerksamer und wirkungsvoller Service; untadelige (aber langweilige) Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen
Cons
wenig inspirierte Zubereitung der Speisen; minimaler Wareneinsatz. Ein Krümel Entenstopfleber wurde in einer eher säuerlichen Terrine verpackt; dazu (aus einer minimalen Auswahl) dann einen Süßwein zu empfehlen, spricht für Inkompetenz. Durchweg fader Geschmack aller Speisen. Insgesamt blieb die Qualität des Essens deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen. Ein enttäuschender Besuch.
