Archäologisches Landesmuseum : The Michelin guide review

The former convent of Peterhausen forms a marvellous setting for the Regional Museum of Archeology. Its 3 000 m² contain exhibits on a whole range of periods from 4 000 BC up until the recent industrial history of Ludwigsburg. Archeological investigation methods are presented in a lively manner through site reconstructions and numerous films. Note especially the exhibition on life in the Middle Ages in the towns of Bad-Wurtemburg.
