The modern art museum attracts attention as much for its architecture as for its collections. Designed by the Viennese architect Hans Hollein, the building with its imposing dimensions evokes a vessel rather than a cultural institution. The collections devote much room to artists from the New York school (Georges Segall, Roy Lichtenstein, etc.).
