      Freitags erhielten wir um 18h bei einem freundlichen Empfang ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bis 20h.Vorspeise: Spinatcremesuppe mit Lachsschaum bzw. Kalbszunge mit Grüner Sosse; Hauptspeise: mariniertes Perlhuhn mit Hokkaidokürbis bzw. Gänsekeule aus dem Ofen mit Blaukraut, Maronen und Bratäpfeln; Dessert: Mousse au chocolat bzw. Creme brûlée; Mineralwasser. Geschmack und Qualität der Speisen entsprechen durchaus der ViaMichelin-Bewertung. Hervorzuheben sind beide Vorspeisen. Wer lebhafte, gehoben rustikale Atmosphäre mag, ist gut aufgehoben.

      Cons

      Speisekarten und Servietten könnten gemessen am Gesamteindruck hochwertiger sein.
