Following the transfer of the Art Gallery to the Kulturforum and the merger of the Islamic Art Museum with the Pergamon Museum, the exhibition areas at Dahlem now house the collections of the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art. These two museums, along with the Museum of European Cultures, are now known officially as the Museen Dahlem - Kunst und Kulturen der Welt (Dahlem Museum – World Art and Culture).
