The scenic coastal road then takes you out of the main city towards traditional fishing villages nearby, including the picturesque Vallon des Auffes. Next stop is the 11th-century Abbey of Saint Victor which guards the entrance to the Old Port, and the heart of Marseille. Complete your tour with a drive along Marseille's primary avenue,Canebière, to gaze at Longchamp Palace's majestic fountains.
