Théodore-Aubanel museum : The Michelin guide review

This was Théodore Aubanel, co-founder with Mistral and Roumanille of this association to save the Provençal language and traditions; paintings (Fromentin, Ziem) and documents recall his life and work. A room is devoted to the Aubanel family printing house, generations of printers since 1744: a hand-press, a typesetter's case, gilded plates and rare editions are a reminder of the art of printing before recent technological developments.
