Each year, Provence explodes into colour and perfume as fields of lavender burst into fragrant flower. Choose between a morning and an afternoon tour that takes you past the purple fields to Sault, considered the lavender capital. The afternoon tour also includes a visit to the Lavender Museum of Coustellet.

Native to the Southern Alps, lavender grows wild as well as being cultivated throughout Provence. See the lavender fields up close then discover its many uses while browsing nearby shops.

Morning tour:
Drive through the unique patchwork of colours created by the lavender and wheat fields as you head to either Sault or Roussillon. Wander the shops selling a variety of lavender-infused products.

Afternoon tour:
Pass through the lavender fields to reach Sault, long considered the lavender capital and bursting with lavender-inspired souvenirs. Soak up the beauty of the plant as it grows abundantly around the road to Coustellet. Here, you'll visit the lavender museum, founded by the Lincelé family, growers of lavender for over five generations and one of the region's largest producers. Learn how lavender has been cultivated, distilled, and used for over 4,000 years.
