Louvre courtyard (Cour Carrée) : The Michelin guide review

Pierre Lescot’s façade, between the Pavillon de l’Horloge (Clock Pavilion) and the south wing, boasts some truly delightful decoration. The sculptor Jean Goujon concentrated his efforts (allegorical high-reliefs, statues in the niches, friezes of children and garlands) on the three frontispieces and the top floor of the building. The grace and life of his compositions are admirable. At night, a lighting system highlights superbly the most impressive part of the old Louvre.

tutto.I luoghi,i monumenti,le stade...tutto.Lo rifarei,magari con la stessa persona. Andate tranquilli resterete meravigliate di tutto quello che vedrete,ciao.

Il viaggio a Parigi è stato per me,fantastico.Se poi è stato tanto,grazie ulteriormente all'incontro di una persona diventata cara.

Une place magnifique avec un jardin magnifique également. Le musée est du même acabit.

La joconde, je suis déçu et je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle vaut tant.
