Hôtel de Sens : The Michelin guide review

One of the great private homes of medieval Paris. Completed in 1507, this was the residence of the archbishops of Sens. Later Queen Margot led a somewhat dissolute life here... The façade is decorated with angled turrets and a garret window in the shape of a flower. A flamboyant porch leads to the courtyard decorated with beautiful Renaissance windows. The mansion now houses the Forney Library, devoted to decorative arts, which regularly organises interesting exhibitions.
