TOUT.En cela je rejoins l'avis de notre ami anglais et de beaucoup d'autres sur plusieurs sites.Ceux-là devraient logiquement inciter MICHELIN à lui attribuer 1 ETOILE.
Cons
Dommage que l'aspect extérieur de l'établissement ne soit pas à la hauteur des ses prestations.

Pros
Front of house is presided over by the charming co owner, Isabelle Bilod – Morel. Set in a cool stone Maison du Village the restaurant has a salle voutee for the winter months and a delightful summer terrace. Jerome Bilod – Morel spent some time in Scotland in his training as well as an obligatory stint in Paris. Menus are based above all on the availability of seasonal fare and thus the restaurant offers four menus each year. Assembled as much to please the eye as the palate, Jerome experiments with Heston Blumenthal - like relationships with great success (Goats Cheese and Aubergine ice cream being a particular winner ! ) and the overall impact of tastes, textures and structures has so far never failed to delight over the three years we have been going.Take a look at the choice of menus and wines on www.lejardinauxsources.com better still, try a lazy Sunday lunch for three or four hours to really appreciate this little gem of a restaurant.Compared to some of the over priced; over rated and self important Michelin starred English restaurants, Le Jardin is long overdue a star !!
